Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are or are not provided. Since products sold here are digital, the policy is strict to prevent misuse.

1 No Refund on Digital Products

All digital products (ebooks, bundles, reels, downloads) are non-refundable once purchased.

This is because:

  • Digital items cannot be "returned"
  • Users gain full access immediately after payment

2 Exceptions (Rare Cases)

A refund may be considered only if:

  • You were charged but did not receive the product
  • You made a duplicate payment
  • The download link never arrived and support cannot deliver it manually

In such cases, proper proof of payment may be required.

3 Wrong Email Entered

If you entered the wrong email:

  • No refund will be issued
  • You must contact support with payment ID and correct email
  • The product can be re-sent manually

4 Payment Issues

Any issues related to:

  • Failed transactions
  • Amount deducted but payment incomplete

Must be addressed through Razorpay support, since the platform does not control the payment gateway.

5 Download Issues

If you face technical issues downloading the product:

  • Support will help provide a new link
  • This does not qualify for a refund
